About & Skills
I work at the intersection of academic medicine, strategy, and analytics —
turning messy, fragmented data into clear narratives, scenario options, and decision tools
for deans, department chairs, and health system leaders. My work connects rural health and
workforce policy with the realities of GME expansion, LCME/ACGME standards, and financial constraints.
I enjoy designing strategy-ready prototypes — small, opinionated tools that make it
